Dallin H. Oaks speaks on charitable contribution incentives before Senate Finance Committee

Thanks to Marc Bohn of Times & Seasons for alerting me to the fact that Elder Dallin H. Oaks spoke today before the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance. The topic of his address was tax incentives for charitable contributions, both to religious and non-religious private charitable organizations.
